Lion Match

This project involved the renovation of the lobby and interior of a former industrial building. The goal was to create a modern and vibrant office environment while preserving the building's history.

The scope of the project included the design and installation of a new lobby that reflected the history of the building. The design featured a custom-wrapped column that resembled a match, paying homage to the Lion Match company that once occupied the building and produced wooden matches. The lobby also included a custom terrazzo floor that incorporated the image of a match's flash.

In addition, the project involved the construction of new restrooms that showcased the modernization of the building. The hallways and partitions were opened to feature lots of glass and windows for natural light. All mechanical systems were modernized to improve the building's functionality and efficiency.
