4th Avenue Boiler Room
Parkline by Stuart BergerStuart Berger
Some construction companies might have chosen to hide what one could consider an unsightly piece of machinery. But not us; we made it beautiful.
This project involved the build out of a boiler room in a very awkward location. Since the building is visible from the street, we wanted to do something to enhance the look of the equipment, so we created a "jewelry box" solution. After the boiler's installation, we painted the piping bright colors and installed a lighting system to illuminate its inner workings. We finished off the design by installing glass on three sides to display the equipment.
Teamwork and one-stop shopping with quality Parkline products were key aspects of this project. The finished project produced yet another long-lasting, low-maintenance, and highly efficient facility for a much-needed use.
